Wondering where you will stay while studying at ECC? Here are some options located close to campus.

Finding suitable accommodation is a high priority for new students. ECC has a range of accommodation options and assists students in finding the most appropriate accommodation available to suit their requirements.

On-Campus Accommodation
ECU Village at the Mt Lawley campus houses students in 5-bedroom furnished apartments, within a 5-minute walk of ECC. Students have access to new facilities such as residential assistants, café on-campus for hot meals, a swimming pool, common areas for students to socialise, as well as a range of activities for students to be involved in. Students staying on-campus save costs on electricity, water, gas and public transport fares. Accommodation at the Joondalup Student Village is also available but places are limited.

Temporary Accommodation
For students arriving in Perth without permanent accommodation, providers such as Perth Student Accommodation can book short-term accommodation at a reasonable price.

Other Accommodation Options
Our off-campus accommodation providers can provide the details of a local housing agency that has rental accommodation and informed about other properties close to the College for students who prefer to make alternative arrangements for private accommodation.
