What’s New at ECC – March 2026 Update!

Greetings from Edith Cowan College (ECC)!

We’re pleased to share a few important updates as we prepare for the June/July 2026 intake. With intake timelines moving fast, now is the best opportunity to work together to secure places for your students.

June/July 2026 Intake now Open

Early applications give your students the strongest chance of success.

Why apply now:

    • Faster offer turnaround while volumes are still manageable
    • Sufficient time for Genuine Student assessment and visa processing
    • Priority access to quota‑restricted courses such as PQP-Social Work and Nursing.

Post Graduate Qualifying Program (Social Work) – July 2026

We can confirm that PQP – Social Work will run in July 2026.

What you need to know:

    1. Limited places –  Apply and Accept today to secure a place!
    2. Successful completion leads to Master of Social Work (Qualifying) at ECU in July 2026
    3. July 2026 is the final intake – the program will not be offered in 2027

Action Required:

Apply and accept as soon as possible to secure a place in July 2027

Engineering Pathway Update

Students intending to progress to ECU Engineering must now apply via:

    • Diploma of Science (Engineering Studies) → leads to Year 2 ECU Engineering

Please note:

    • Foundation Science (Engineering pathway) is no longer offered
    • All other courses (including Bachelor of Aviation) can still be packaged via the Foundation General Stream

ECU follow-on and ELICOS commission

To streamline processes:

    • ELICOS commission will be paid automatically — no invoices required
    • ECU follow‑on commission will also be paid automatically after census date, even if you do not hold a direct ECU agreement

No further invoicing is required to ECC for ECU follow‑on enrolments.
