Application Process

1. Complete an online application via this link.
2. Attach certified copies of:
   • All academic qualifications (including school reports and official examination certificates)
   • Certified copy of your passport
   • English test results or other evidence of English competency (if applicable)
   • Any relevant employment documents (if applicable).
3. Click ‘Submit’!

You will hear from us  within 2 business days. It may take up to 5 business days during peak period.

If your application is incomplete, our Admissions team will contact you with a request for additional documents or information.

Good news! Once you apply to ECC, if you meet the entry requirements, we will issue a packaged offer. This means your offer will include both your ECC program and your chosen ECU degree, securing your place at ECU from the beginning. After you successfully complete your ECC program, ECU will contact you with the next steps to transition into your university degree.

All documents in the language other than English must be translated in English.

Certified translations must accompany any documents that are not in English. Make sure that you add your current name to any information obtained under a former name. Copies may be certified by:

• The official records department of the institution that originally issued the documents
• A Justice of the Peace or Public Notary
• An authorised ECC representative
• A staff member of an overseas Australian High Commission, Embassy or Consulate.

Yes, you can submit your online application directly to ECC.

You may apply to Edith Cowan College (ECC) directly or through an ECC representative in your home country.

Early application and payment will secure your place in your chosen course and allow you enough time to obtain a student visa.
