Edith Cowan College (ECC) is an Australian tertiary education and English language provider in Perth, Western Australia and is accredited by the government under the Higher Education Act 2004 to provide a range of higher education courses. 

Edith Cowan College, previously Perth Institute of Business and Technology (PIBT),  has been in partnership with Edith Cowan University (ECU) since 1994. Since then over 9,900 students have successfully transitioned into ECU.

ECC is the founding college of the Navitas Group, and the largest group of Higher Education colleges in Australia. Navitas has colleges in most state capitals, as well as sister colleges in London, Africa and Canada.

ECC provides alternative pathways to ECU for students who may not qualify for direct entry into a degree program and are looking for a supportive learning environment. Courses provided at ECC include Diploma courses, Postgraduate Qualifying Programs, Foundation Program and the Academic English Program.
