Greetings from Edith Cowan College (ECC)!

We’re pleased to share a few important updates.

Diploma of Health Science (Nursing) Now Open for the Feb 2027

Encourage your students to apply now to secure their place, as demand is high places are limited.

Even better, students enrolling in the Diploma of Health Science (Nursing) are eligible for the 2027 ECC Merit Based Scholarship, valued at $9,975 (equivalent to two units of tuition fees), provided they meet the scholarship eligibility criteria.

Engineering October 2026 Intake Now Open for All Majors

Looking for a faster pathway into Engineering?

Students can complete our accelerated 8-month Diploma of Science (Engineering Studies) and progress into the second year of their ECU Engineering degree in July 2027.

Students who require Applied Mathematics and Physics can also commence in October, although their pathway will take longer than 8 months to complete.

Majors include Aviation, Aeronautical, Chemical, Civil, Civil and Environmental, Computer Systems, Electrical Power, Electrical and Renewable Energy, Electronics and Communications, Instrumentation Control and Automation, Mechanical, Mechatronics, and Motorsports.

This accelerated pathway enables students to reach their engineering degree sooner while benefiting from the personalised support and smaller class sizes offered at ECC.

PQP Stage 1 Final Intake: October 2026

The October 2026 intake will be the final intake for PQP Stage 1.

From 2027, students who do not meet the English requirements for PQP Stage 2 may be packaged with a 10-week ELICOS program.

There are still places available for October 2026. To be eligible, applications must be submitted with an IELTS score of 5.5 overall (with no more than one band at 5.0) or an equivalent English test result.

We encourage you to identify suitable students and submit applications early to secure a place.

2027 ECC Tuition Fees Now Published

The 2027 tuition fees, scholarships and intake dates for international students are now available. We encourage you to review the updated information and use it when counselling prospective students and preparing applications for upcoming intakes.
