English Scholarship

ECC offers 10-week English scholarship to international students who combine English with a Diploma or Foundation program at ECC followed by a degree at ECU. 

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • Be an international student.
  • Study Academic English Program at Edith Cowan College leading to Diploma or Foundation studies.
  • Have a package offer with Diploma or Foundation.
  • Accept and pay tuition fees by 31 December 2024.

  • You must progress on to Diploma or Foundation studies.
  • The AUD4750 will be credited to your student account in week 5 in the first trimester or semester of your Diploma or Foundation studies.
  • The scholarship is open to prospective students. It is not open to currently enrolled ECC students.
  • The Bursary amount cannot be refunded or transferred if you subsequently withdraw, defer or exit from the course.
  • Not applicable when package with PQP courses.

10% Diploma Year 2 Bursary 2024

The scholarship offers a 10% reduction in your tuition fees for all Diploma (Year 2) units undertaken at ECC.

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • Be an international student;
  • Be a new student commencing an ECC Diploma (Year 2) in either February 2024, June/July 2024, October 2024;
  • Be a citizen of Bahrain, Bhutan, Brazil, Botswana, Cambodia, Cameroon, China, Colombia, Egypt, Estonia, Ghana, Hong Kong China, Indonesia, Iran, Ireland, Japan, Jordan, Kenya, Kazakhstan, Kuwait, Macau China, Malawi, Malaysia, Maldives,  , Mauritius, Mozambique,    Nigeria, Panama, Peru, Philippines, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, South Korea, Sri Lanka, Sweden, Taiwan, Tanzania, Thailand, Turkey, UAE, Uzbekistan, Uganda, Vietnam, Zambia, Zimbabwe;
  • Be enrolling into an ECC Diploma program for the first time.
  • Applies to students who commence at Year 1 and progress on to Diploma year 2 as well

  • Applicants are able to package with ELICOS, as long as they commence an ECC Diploma (Year 2) in either February 2024, June/July 2024, October 2024.
  • The scholarship is open to prospective students and offer holders. It is not open to currently enrolled ECC students.
  • The Bursary amount cannot be refunded or transferred if you subsequently withdraw, defer or exit from the course.
  • Not applicable to Diploma of Health Science in Nursing stream.

10% Diploma Year 2 Retention Bursary 2024

The 10% scholarship of all Diploma Year 2 units will be applied when student re-enrols in the subsequent trimester/semester

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • Be an international student;

  • Be a new student commencing an ECC Diploma program, in either in either February 2024, June/July 2024, October 2024;

  • Be a citizen of Bangladesh, Bhutan, India, Nepal or Pakistan;

  • Be enrolling into an ECC Diploma program for the first time.

  • The 10% scholarship of all Diploma Year 2 units will be applied in subsequent trimester/semester.
  • The scholarship is open to prospective students and offer holders. It is not open to current ECC students.
  • The scholarship amount cannot be refunded or transferred if you subsequently withdraw, defer or exit from the course.
  • Not applicable to Diploma of Health Science in Nursing stream.

1000AUD Diploma Year 1 Bursary 2024

The scholarship offers a $1000 reduction in your Diploma (Year 1). Upon completion of Diploma (Year 1), students will also get the 10% Diploma (Year 2) Bursary 2024.

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • Be an international student;
  • Commence an ECC Diploma (Year 1) in either February 2024, June 2024, October 2024;
  • Be enrolled in a full-time study-load.

  • Applicants are able to package with ELICOS, as long as they commence an ECC Diploma (Year 1) in either February 2024, June 2024, October 2024.
  • The bursary is open to prospective students and offer holders. It is not open to currently enrolled ECC students.
  • The Bursary amount cannot be refunded or transferred if you subsequently withdraw, defer or exit from the course.
  • Not applicable to Diploma of Health Science in Nursing stream.

15% Foundation Program Bursary 2024

The scholarship offers a 15% (4050AUD) reduction in tuition fees towards the Foundation Program at ECC.

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • Be an international student;
  • Be a new student commencing Foundation Program, in either February 2024 or July 2024;
  • Be enrolling into ECC Foundation Program for the first time.

  • Applicants are able to package with ELICOS, as long as they commence an ECC Foundation Program in either February 2024, July 2024.
  • The scholarship amount cannot be refunded or transferred.
  • The scholarship is open to prospective students. It is not open to current ECC students.

2000AUD PQP Stage 1 Scholarship 2024

This scholarship is offered to eligible international students commencing PQP Stage 1 at ECC. The scholarship offers a 2000AUD reduction in tuition fees for PQP Stage 1 undertaken at ECC.

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • Be an international student;
  • Be a new student commencing PQP Stage 1, in April 2024 or October 2024;
  • Be enrolling into ECC PQP Stage 1 for the first time

  • The scholarship amount cannot be refunded or transferred.
  • The scholarship is open to prospective students and offer holders. It is not open to current ECC students.
