At ECC, leadership development goes far beyond meetings and written plan. It thrives through meaningful connections, creativity and thoughtful reflection. This morning, our student leaders stepped away from their usual responsibilities to unwind, engage in art and strengthen their peer connections in a relaxed, supportive setting. Opportunities like these are vital as they help nurture empathy, build resilience, and courage a more human centred approach to leadership.
We were also thrilled to welcome back three of our ECC alumni, now studying at ECU. Their ongoing involvement is a testament to the strong, lasting community we aim to build across every stage of the student journey.
We were delighted to celebrate the birthday of one of our student leaders, marking the occasion as a team and adding a sense of community and supportive environment.
A big thankyou to StudyPerth, Western Australia, for providing such an inspiring and supportive space, and to Lilly Fang from ECC for helping to organise this enriching experience.
We’re proud to support emerging leaders who think critically, care deeply, and lead with empathy and compassion.
